Part I Preface
In the process of cigarette production, such as rubber, plastic and other impurities may be some intermediate links from tobacco to cigarette machine production line into the cigarette end, foreign non normal tobacco once entered into the finished cigarette, and then into the hands of consumers, will cause serious quality accident. If the foreign substance mixed with the cigarette is detected and the cigarette containing foreign object is removed, the quality of the cigarette is guaranteed. We based on the existing microwave detection probe, software and hardware upgrades, while ensuring the detection function of microwave probe for detecting the original cigarette density and moisture content on the same, can increase the volume set of cigarettes in rubber, plastic and other foreign on-line detection function. By adding waste smoke elimination mechanism on the nozzle machine, the rejection function of various foreign bodies such as rubber and plastic can be realized.
Part II Principle of NTRM
All kinds of material after microwave resonator, microwave detection signal points are not the same, through analysis and comparison to normal tobacco microwave signal and various foreign microwave signals are not the same, we can realize the function of detecting cigarette machine in rubber, plastic and other foreign materials online.
We through the human in the cigarette machine boot process will join in various foreign cigarette testing work of microwave detecting probe of cigarette contained in various foreign microwave test signal points, the test results are as follows:
1, The microwave probe does not contain 1 normal cigarette body test by using the probe to detect the normal tobacco, microwave signal as shown in figure 1:
2. When Cig. Rod has metal wire inside, the microwave signal should be like figure 2.
3. when Cig. Rod has cable, nylon, and strap inside. The microwave signal should be like figure 3.
4. When Cig. Rod has Silica gel. The microwave signal should be like figure 4.
5. When Cig. Rod has Rubber strip . The microwave signal should be like figure 5.
6. When Cig. Rod has Insulated cable sheath. The microwave signal should be like figure 6.

In the case of microwave detection and elimination of foreign objects in Changsha cigarette factory, the microwave detector can detect and reject the minimum wire size of 0.1 * 6mm.

In the case of microwave detection and elimination of foreign substances in Changsha cigarette factory, the microwave detector can detect the minimum tar block or rubber size of 4 * 3 * 1mm .

In the Changsha cigarette factory foreign body detection and elimination in the case of microwave, microwave detection probe can detect and eliminate the minimum foil size is 5 x 1 x paper thickness mm.

In the case of microwave detection and elimination of foreign substances in Changsha cigarette factory, we can detect the minimum rubber size and wire size by microwave probe, which is obviously smaller than the size of imported similar products.
