Part 1 Microwave on-line cigarette rod detecting system
Features:
Microwaves are part of the radio spectrum. It refers to an electromagnetic wave whose frequency is 300MHz (1 meters) to 300 GHz (1 mm wave length). Microwave technology is a technology based on the development of microwave characteristics. Its research contents include microwave generation, transmission, propagation, radiation, detection and application.          Because the microwave has many unique advantages, it has been widely used in military and civil technology: reflecting surface of the metal object and wave length, orientation and strong characteristics of the microwave signal, people made a variety of radar; as the carrier by microwave transmission it can carry more information, so it is widely used in communication technology; microwave irradiation material, so that the dipole molecules in turn generates heat, it is used for material heating, drying, sterilization and health care; changes in different materials by microwave propagation speed and strength characteristics can be used to detect material etc..
 
This product uses tobacco through microwave electromagnetic field, the density and moisture content of the cigarette is different, the microwave electromagnetic energy parameters to detect changes of cut tobacco weight and water content. Because of the high frequency microwave signal, change speed, is extremely sensitive to changes in reaction to the material density and humidity, and to produce any damage material itself will not be detected, so it can on-line, real-time, rapid and nondestructive detection of the characteristics of material properties. The microwave power used in this product is very small, only about 10mW, so it does not cause any pollution and damage to the work site and operators.           Microwave weight detection probe is composed of microwave electromagnetic cavity component, a smoke pipe assembly, gas path components, control components, shell components, special microwave source and control circuit, detection amplifying circuit, temperature compensation and signal processing system, signal output driver etc..           The microwave generator frequency to transport different resonant cavity, the cavity without rod (cavity) and the effect of impact (load) change of resonance curve to determine the density and the water isolation loop is to avoid interference signals.           The microwave resonance curve of the resonator is shown in Figure 1

   After the study, we test the microwave tissue science, computer science, instrument science, mechanics, automatic control and other multi-disciplinary professional joint research, finally successfully developed HS-WB series high-speed on-line microwave cigarette weight control system.
 
 
2, technical features
 
A) the microwave detection control system according to the operating personnel need any power or power to start, and do not need preheating, no zero, may the normal work, smoke density and moisture content of the detection accuracy and reliability is not affected. (Note: Microwave density and moisture detection device and many other manufacturers have introduced due to defects, the design does not solve the electrical parameters of microwave components is easy to spot drift and affect the accuracy and reliability of detection, fundamentally requires the user to send electric start, to warm up for a long time and manual or automatic zeroing in microwave detection device. The effect of preheating long time, effective operation time schedule and factory production equipment, even that preheating long time, reach the thermal equilibrium temperature, if the design does not fundamentally solve the problem of easy shift, microwave cigarette density and moisture detection also exists the phenomenon of large error and drift. Manual or auto zero, brought trouble to the operator, but also in zero, smoke detection requirements guide tube is clean, once the smoke guiding pipe detection of tobacco shred, retention of debris, such as latex, zero but will aggravate the detection error, especially in the system of automatic zero adjustment, operation personnel because do not know when the system in zero to keep clear the smoke detecting tube retention of tobacco and other foreign bodies).
B) You can detect the density and moisture content of different brands of cigarettes without setting or changing any test parameters.          
C) microwave probes emit very little power (hundreds of times less than the microwave power of ordinary mobile phones), and have no harm or impact on the surrounding personnel and the environment.           
D) due to the special microwave transmitting and receiving device and special electronic circuit, the electrical parameters of microwave components to solve the scene when easy to drift and fundamentally affected by various environmental changes (such as vibration, temperature, humidity, dust) effect, in addition, a large number of the laboratory calibration test, we have to master the science the mathematical relationship between the microwave signal with the density and moisture content, we developed a microwave cigarette weight control system output signal accurately and reliably reflect the weight and moisture content, thus ensuring the cigarette weight detection and control precision.           
E) due to microwave cigarette weight control system output signal not only reflects the cigarette density reflects the water, thereby eliminating the influence of tobacco caused by moisture detection device, which is the traditional detection device can not solve the problem.           
F) the output signal and interface of the microwave cigarette weight control system have the same compatibility with the average weight control of the original machine and the data acquisition system.          
G) microwave signals are processed by high-speed computer, so that the sampling interval of weight output signals is less than 80 microseconds, which can fully meet the speed requirements of on-line detection of various high-speed coil sets.           
H) the whole inspection system has been tested and tested by high and low temperature test, vibration test and continuous electrifying test. The software and hardware are safe, stable and reliable, and it is convenient to use and maintain.

     7. moisture measurement range: 0-35%;     
     8. Smoke pipe is cleaned with compressed air pressure: 600---1000 mbar.
